The Traveler's Notice: Logician.dev is a digital workshop operated by a lone developer. These tools are artifacts of passion, logic, and experimentation. By accessing the mana-stream of this site, you acknowledge that you are using experimental software provided for entertainment and utility.

1. Acceptance of the Covenant

By accessing or using any tool hosted on Logician.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease your interaction with our logic-field immediately.

2. Lawful & Creative Alchemy

Users are expected to interact with our products as they are intended: with creativity and integrity. You agree not to:

Use any tool for unlawful purposes or to facilitate prohibited transactions.
Attempt to collapse the logic-field (DDoS, injection attacks, or malicious scraping).
Reverse-engineer the underlying mana-stream or proprietary code without explicit written consent.
Misrepresent user-generated estimates or analytical data as official financial advice or real-world currency value.

3. The "As-Is" Mandate

Our tools are developed for fun and utility. We offer them to the world "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Logician makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any software hosted here.

4. Uptime & Support (Limitation of Service)

As a one-man development team, certain physical realities apply to the maintenance of these tools:

No Uptime Guarantee: The tools may go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen aetheric disturbances. We are not liable for any loss of data or access during these times.
No Support Guarantee: While The Logician strives to answer inquiries, we do not guarantee a response time or the resolution of individual technical issues.
Voluntary Updates: Features may be added, altered, or transmuted into nothingness at the developer's sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Logician or Logician.dev be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of in-game progress, or interruption of service) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, even if The Logician has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Game-Related Projects & Estimates

For any of our game-related projects, all values, stats, and trade estimates are for in-game context only. They hold no legal or monetary standing. Any trades conducted based on these estimates are the sole responsibility of the users involved.

7. Termination of Access

The Logician reserves the right to banish any user from the logic-field for violations of this covenant or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the tools and the community.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the realm in which The Logician resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through reasonable logic or, failing that, the appropriate legal channels of said jurisdiction.
